My Inspiration:

I am a dedicated and passionate educator who has been in the early childhood education and care sector for over 20 years. I am a mother of four beautiful children.

I believe that all children are entitled to have the best start in life. I am extremely passionate about children with additional or special needs and/or challenging behaviours and will go above and beyond to ensure all children in my care have all the tools required for them to reach full potential in a safe and loving environment.

My Interests:

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching the football (NRL) and going to the beach.

Statement of Philosophy

I believe that each child is a unique individual who deserves to be provided an environment where they feel safe, respected, included, and heard.  I believe all children should have the opportunity to succeed and feel confident in any environment. 

I believe that each child has the potential to bring something unique and special to this world. I will help children to develop their potential by believing in their capabilities as individuals. I will assist children in discovering who they are, so they can express their own opinions and nature their own ideas.

In relations to families I believe, each family is unique, and I will attempt to understand and respect these differences, through sharing relevant information and utilising opportunities for all children to gain insight. I believe through communication with all parties who have a role in the up bringing of your child I will be able to provide your child with the best possible start in life.
