My Inspiration:

“Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaches them what counts is better.” – Bob Talbert

First and foremost, the people that really inspires me is my family especially my kids, and what also inspires me is the impact of educators on children’s lives. Being kind, caring, empathetic, passionate, and motherly toward children can help them achieve a lifelong love for learning!

My Interests:

Having social interests is important in assisting and promoting learning and personal development. Communicating through giving advise, happy helping and being in good service to others without condition.

When you were 4 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was 4 years old, it was my dream to become a teacher someday! Growing up in a family of teachers, I had no other ambition than to pursue becoming an educator like my mother – imparting wisdom, fostering critical thinking, and supporting the holistic development of children. This aspiration was fuelled by the desire to make a difference and contribute to society through education. I really love kids! I am so blessed and grateful that I have my 3 kids in my life.

Statement of Philosophy

As an ambitious, motivated and hardworking individual who has recently gave up her permanent career in the Philippines as a public  kinder teacher and seeking a greener pasture in child care industry here in Australia. “Failure really inspires positive changes”, this reminds me to embrace challenges and hindrances that comes my way. It will guide and inspire me to keep going when things get tough. Building upon a keen teaching interest as an educator often stems from a passion for sharing knowledge, guiding and inspiring others, and making a positive impact on student’s lives. It involves a desire to contribute to education, cultivate young minds, and be a part of shaping the future generation. However, my philosophy involves fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment where every student feels valued, encouraged, and motivated to learn. Prioritizing individualized approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, and cultivating the deepest within them.
